I have decided to get a DVD player for the car.  You know the scenario, long journey to see relatives, bored 5 year old in the back of the car.   As a driver this does my head in, because when my daughter is bored she likes to make sure everybody knows.

Well I’m not really sure what I am looking for when it comes to in car DVD players so I have started looking around the web for information.  Firstly I found the following site: Car DVD Players Buying Guide.

Although the site seems a bit plain, after looking around there is some really useful information on there about the different types of DVD players you can get for your car.

The information is usefully categorized into the type of budget you have, e.g. The Budget Option, High end options, etc.

PS3 Themes

Here they have loads of different themes available for you to download and install on your PS3.  This is a basic guide on how to do this.

Once you have your theme in the format of a .P3T file downloaded to your computer you need to get it to your PS3.  I did this using a USB pen drive but I believe this works just as well with CD/DVD

Step 1

Create a folder on the root of the drive called PS3 Capitals is important

Step 2

In the PS3 folder create a folder called THEME again capitals is important.

Step 3

Copy your P3T files into the THEME folder and then transfer to the PS3.

Step 4

On the settings menu on your PS3, navigate to Theme Settings, then choose Theme.  At the top of the screen you will see an option to Install.  With your pen drive or CD/DVD in choose install then choose the source of where the P3T theme files are.  Voila you should now see a list of all the themes you have on this media.  Choose which one you want to install and there you go.  Job Done.
